Switch off problem

I, ve just got a new cell and within 1 month the phone is not working properly. the screen becomes white and the phone switches off again and again. it might have virus but i make very limited use of bluetooth device. how can i remove dis problem... can phone be formatted and what are the codes?

can the phone be replaced?
