Reactivation of services

Sir/Madam

I have submitted the Proof of Identity and Proof of Address, Still the company didnt activated my services..

At each time when i contacted them,

i told to resubmit the documents. So totally three times i have submitted my all needy documents.

But still they say "Submit the documents".

I fed up by submitting the documents again and again.

Please have a look over this issue.
