Hi

I received my first NOKIA shock when my only five month old handset (NOKIA2630) suddenly failed while talking. Next day I went to Nokia Care center. Another shock was waiting for me when I found that till 12 noon no one was available at Nokia Care, G1 Usha Arcade, Near Lalita Hotel, East Boring Canal Road, PATNA. I took my Q-number but another carelessnes I saw that in spite of Q- Number lots of people were going without taking number. Anyhow my turn came, when I showed my handset the attendant openned all the parts and told me to come after three days. When I met on the said date they told me that we have to send the set to the company and it will take another 15 days. My question is that I handed over the set to them on 2nd July08, then what they were for. Why they are so unsystematic. I have only one set and the company has not provided me any set for the time being. I am afraid that God knows how long it will take to repair/replacement in such a careless service centre.
