I had purchased Nokia 2760 (IMEI 35766201341878) from BIG BAZAAR, Surat on 26/01 at Rs. 3460/- Next day I installed Sim and found that there was no ringtone working when I tried to check it by making a call from my friend's mobile. On checking the ringtone files I found the message "files corrupted". Now the phone is totally dead. So what am I expected to do with this rubbish instrument. The mobile I purchased with the thought that its a well branded material and well known brand name but now it just seems to be a total farce. So I would like you to replace it immediately or return the cash with the expenses I am incurring in trying to contact you and... the officials at BIG BAZAAR who donot even have the courtesy to pick up the phone when contacted...
So I want you to replace or pay up at the earliest or I would be forced to move to the consumer court.
