I bought a new Nokia 2760 V red 6 months ago and handled it with care. A few weeks ago the camera and the inner screen stopped working. I went to the Customer Care asking for a replacement. I was told that first the product had to go to Delhi, be assessed, and then I would be told whether it would be a replacement or a repair. After assessment (and 20 calls later) it was decided that a repair was the only option. I got my phone back a few days ago and somehow there is again a problem: I cannot hear the other side talking! What should I do to have a replacement! Clearly, this particular phone has a default!
