DELAYED IN REPAIRING OF HANDSET

Dear customer care manager, I have deposited my mobile handset NOKIA 3120 TO THE CUSTOMER CARE at golpark, kolkata, INDIA ON 13TH MARCH FOR repairing defective board and as switch bottom defective. The nokia care centre at golpark told it will take one week, and that's why I deposited the handset vide job sheet no.315343506/080313/42 dated 13th march. But on enquiry I found several times that my handset will be given delivery two days after but how many two days have already expired but I dint have the same. I am an old person a senior citizen of INDIA is so frequently harrased by NOKIA CARE OF GOLPARK, KOLKATA.

Please note that my sim card validity is going to be expired very soon and as such your company a very noted and reputed company is not caring interes of the senior citizen. I have six handset of nokia brand. We use it very comfortably. If your concern indirectly insis us on purchasing new set by creating dely in repairing to save our sim card, then it is assumed that we will not purchase NOKIA SET ANY MORE.Another hanset new in brand NOKIA 5310 IS KEPT UNDER REPAIR UNDER JOBSEET NO.315343306/080119/8 AT GOLPARK CENTRE.Please in and arrange to deliver tha same two handset at your earliest conveniences.
