Taking more time by nokia care

Sir,

I got problem with my cell phone nokia 3120 displaying "service contact" when I reached to nokia care center to repaired, but they said that it will take 10 days in minimum. But it is long time to me. So, I therefore request you to give any advise such that I can get my phone as soon as possible
