Hello sir My self Dilbagh Singh. as far as my self is concerned i am working in defence (Air force).
I WANT TO DRAW THE KIND ATTENTION OF THE NOKIA HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR THE PROBLEM I AM FACING FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE MOBILE.
i purchased Nokia 3600 slide with IMEI Number 355706023857801 on 01 feb from mobile store, (paradise) hyderabad. on the same day i found that the mobile camera was not working as it should be. i contacted the mobile store from where i purchased the mobile, the concerned people from there told me to contact the nokia care. On 23 feb i deposted my mobile to the nokia care with job sheet Number 298465550/090223/92. After 15 lumbsum day they told me that your mobile has been repaired and collect it. when i reached there i found that the same problem was still with the respective mobile. so again i request them to send it to the Nokia company.after 10 days again i got a message for collecting the mobile and problem is rectified. but i found that problem was still there. after that i went on leave after comming back from leave this time i contact the manger of nokia care.she assured me that this time this fault will be rectified again i deposited my mobile on 22nd may with job sheet numebr 298465550/090522/39.after 15 days i got a message from nokia care that mobile has been repaired and you can collect it. this time that problem was solved. i took the mobile with me and found that i was loosely tighten all the spares from the mobile were loose so problem like volume adjustment key and the head set enchancement port was not working. again i went to nokia care deposited it there he tighten all the screws. again i went on leave same problem as earlier mentioned and one more hanging problem came when i was in haryana so i deposited my mobile to the near by nokia care on 11 july with job sheet numebr 188433527/090711/11. there the concerned people told me that there are some internal physical damage if we repair the mobile may totally be damaged that would be the owners responsibility so i did'nt deposited there and came back to hyderabad where i again contact to nokia care manager she again told me to deposit the mobile so that they could send it to the company, when i request the nokia care people to provide me the replacement of the mobile with the new one they simply refused me and blamed me that you have got your handset repaired out side because of that internal damage is there in the mobile so we can not assured you the replcament. as it was in the warranty period there isn't any question of repairing my mobile from outside vendors. Its the very much disgusting matter as the nokia care people neither repairing my mobile nor they are replacing. further i mention that the mobile still carries lot of problem like getting hanged, vibration mode is not there and the red button also not working. Now i want to put this matter before the higher authority of nokia so that they can take appropriate action against the nokia care for not completely rectifing the problem and creating problem for the defence personnel. Furhther i state that if appropriate action will not be taken then as being the prestigious citizen of india i will take help of LAW. i mean legalise action i will take...
