I am Amit Panwar from Chandigarh & I need to explain problem faced by me recently with Nokia Customer Care at Sec-08 Panchkula.
Brief of the complaint is as below
My Mobile Hand Set- 5130 got a problem of 'Contact Service' dated 29th July & on 30th July I contacted your customer care at Sec-08 Panchkula as my set is still under warranty (Just 3 month old)
Customer care executive took my hand set for repair. Promise was made to give my set with in 02 days in OK condition. But quite surprise it took more then 12 days to give my hand set back & that to refusing warranty by stating that it is a liquid entry case.
I am not able to understand what it liquid entry? I tried to ask the same thing from Customer Care Center, but I got a very cold response from them & they did not try to convince me for the same. They even told me that it may happen due to swatting as well.
Are Nokia Hand sets use to so delicate to handle? It simply restricting uses of Nokia Hand sets
I refused to take delivery of this hand set & hand set is still with your customer care at Sec-08 Panchkula (Pls refer attached scan copy of Job Sheet for my Hand Set)
Now by this mail, I am registering my concern to Nokia & request to kindly give me relief from this pain ASAP
