Speaker and camera is not working properly

Dear sir

i bought a nokia 5220 xpress music of IMEI NO. 353662011872199 from mathura . after 12days speaker of my cellphone stopped working. i submit it to nokia care center of mathura. they returned it to me after 15 days .but after 4-5 days it show same problem. after this i go back to them for repairing.again they return it after 15 days and this time they changed my battery model.this time they assured me my cellphone will be changed but they did not.and return me after repaired.

but again same problem occured.

now i want to replace my cellphone.
