Commission amount not received

I have paid Rs.5000 for Add4life company and worked through there sites and commission earned. But they are not sending the commission earned money as well as initially paid amount and also not responding customer complaints. There contact phones numbers are always in switched off. So, nowadays i could't able to communicate to them.
