Three weeks before i went ot the rohtak NOKIA custoemr care centre, since there was networking problem in my cell. No signals were appearing in my cell. i gave it on saturday and got it back on tuesday. after 4-5 days i was searrching the games in my cell but i couldn't find the memory card option when i checked the card it was not there, i went to ask whether it was left at the cust care but the boy sitting there said they write on the slip if they keep anything of the custome. he even said that he has given me the battery and sim, but i insisted he kept the full set with him; he agreed and said he has kept the set but has given me the memory card. it was first time experience with ur cust care, it was very horrible. they stolen my card. now what to do, who pay for my loss?
i may not purchase any set of nokia next time if this kind of people are there at ur reputed service centers.
