TANSCEIVER AND CAMERA POOR CLARITY

I PURCHASED THE NOKIA MOBILE 5310 AT AL BALAD MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS AI JEDDAH CASH BILL NO.03182 DT.13.12.08. I FOUND SMAAL DOT ON THE SCREEN AND MY CAMERA IS ALSO NOT CLEAR. I COTACTED THE COIMBATORE NOKIA CARE WHERE THEY SAID RS1900 WILL BE THE CHARGES AND YOU CAN COLLECT THE SET BY THE SAME DAY.EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS THEY NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.

LET NOKAI OFFICIALS INTERVENT IN THIS PROBLEM, FAILING WHICH THIS ISSUE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
