Hanging problem

Dear sir,

i m puchase a new mobile set nokia 5310 oct.2008.

im facing some problem in used this mobile set.

1. All software hang . all key paid are not working.

i have complain in nokia care rewari (haryana) they repaird but after five day show same problem again.
