I am so frustrated

Dear Sir or Madam,

kindly be informed that I bought a (5310 Express Music) Nokia Mobile from Egypt on 19/11 & this cell phone was sent to (RING) -the service center that's responsible of the warranty- 3 seperate times, because the phone couldn't switch off, then it was sent for 3 more times to (Nokia Care) because the phone couldnt switch off again & because of the camera & stayed there for 3 weeks (from 20/8 till 11/9), & after I received it, the camera was down again! & I handed the mobile yesterday. Now, they refuse to change the mobile with another one, claiming that the warranty date is 10/9, even though I bought it on 19/11.

I know sir that Nokia is one of the best cell phones in the world, this is why I chose to contact you because I believe you'll have a direct contact with them & will help me to take back my right, thanks a lot for your precious time, & please I would like to have a direct contact from you.
