We have purchased Nokia-5310 by end of December. We have taken airtel prepaid connection on the same day. On 16th March suddenly the mobile is showing no network coverage till the evening of the same day (after that it is working), where as the other mobiles are having coverage. Even when i replace my sim with other mobiles, the network coverage is coming.
Again on 22nd evening onwards, the same problem is coming on my mobile. If i put my sim in other mobiles it is working. My mobile is not working evein if i put other sim card in my mobile.
Kindly provide me the solution for this problem or replace the mobile set. It is very difficult to us if suddenly the mobile is giving such trubbles. We are not in a position to bear this problem.
I expect a positive reply at the earliest.
