Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to do complaint of Hotspot Mobile Shop (G1 Ground Floor, Ship Complex. Opp. Oxford Towrer, Gurukul Road, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarati).
On Sunday date 12th April' 2009 i was buy one new nokia mobile phone (Nokia Xpress Music 5310) from this shop (Salesman name is Mr. Basir). Since one month I feel very heat while
listening music, talking with others, charging phone, and listen radio. Another problem my phone is very bad quality for health, my IMEI no is 351934038647025 is very bad for health.
7 and 8 digit of the nokia phone 03 which made in Azerbaijan which is very Bad quality and also dangerous for your health. Mr. Basir told me He said i cant do now anything for you. He said i am not responsible for this. He said you have to repair the phone.
We can not replace the phone. Please tell me now i feel very bad and this is big loss for me becoz this phone is not good for use. I dont know what i do now.
Please help me.
