Nokia 5310 express music

Hi,

I had given my cell (nokia 5310 express music) for repair to this nokia care centre in koramangala. Job sheet no. is :285343506/080911/98.

There was problem in the outgoing audio speech. I had given it for repair on 11th of september, '08 and I was told that my cell will be repaired /replaced in maximum 7 to 10 working days.

It has been already a month now & still I am not getting any reponse from them. They are saying it is out of stock!!

Can you please look into the matter and let me know when can I expect my cell at the earliest.
