Hi,
I bought my cell phone 4 months back. It was working in a very fine condition. But now after using the xpress music phone for around 4 months, i am facing lots of problem. I had bought the cell phone from Alfa store in Irla which is in Mumbai. Following are the details of my phone-

I had shown my phone to the nokia priority dealer. They had already charged me 1500 rs to repair it.
But my cell phone is in same condition. First time they said that some socket has been damaged then second time they said there is some problem with the software. I do not know what the actual problem is??.
When i had purchased my phone they gave me the warranty of 1 year.
I want you to look in this matter and take suitable action as fast as you can. i have already faced lots of problem. Please replace my cell phone.
