I had purchased a Nokia 5310 in the month of Feb and by august i had started facing a lot of problems like phone switching off automatically and most often my number used to remain not reachable..I went once to nokia care..and they said they'll do the needful and they took a day and it was of no use..I tried to adjust and use the phone in that condition itself as i need it almost everyday..but then again the problem by september end became too much to bare with... so i had to go again..and dis time... the screen had gone and phone kept switching off and many other problems..
When i go to the customer care centre they check and tell me water has gone inside..and i knew thats a lie because i make sure the phone is safely kept whenever i get wet in the rain..so i argue with the customer care agent and then she was like it is DUE TO MOISTURE IN THE AIR AND SO YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT HOLD GOOD ANYMORE... isn't that ridiculous??? I mean moisture in the air is my fault is it?? I asked for a replacement as it seems to be a defective piece and she was like Nokia does not give replacements... Well, then nokia just sucks n i'm surely not gonna ever again in my life get a Nokia product cos even their product is defective they coolly say v dont give replacements..I want to go to the consumer court and fight but the thing is i really donot have that much of time. When i'm done wid my job someday I'm surely going..
