Hi,
I had given my mobile for repaire as it was restarting & sound on the speaker was low. It was submitted at A-78, Sector 2, NOIDA (U.P) 201301. My mobile was kept for almost one month.
In the repaire process the volume adjustment key was damaged as it was not doing anything. So, I had to resubmit the mobile at the same time on the request of the Manager. Still my mobile is not delivered to me. I was exploited & mentally harrased in the process. Now, I am tired of visiting your centre. I would wait for the reply to know how Nokia company can compensate me. I had been without the mobile for more than one and half month. If I do not get any satisfactory answer, I would launch a complaint to protect all my consumer rights in the Court of Law.
