Faulty set-Replacement request reject

Hello Sir,

This is regarding cell phone hang/reboot issue with the Nokia-5610 (Cost- Rs 12500/-). I purchased it on 13/03 IMEI numbner- 358652015258508 from "Sameer Music E-51, Ajay Tower, Opp. Habibganj Police Station, Arera Colony, Bhopal-462016 (phone- 0755-4235666).

The hang/reboot issue started after a month of the purchase (it hangs any time in any day or reboots while I am on a call) and I did report it to Nokia care Pune. They did reload the same software however it did not resolve the issue.

After that, the issue occured so many times and I reported the same to Nokia care and requested the cell replacement but they only did some troubleshooting and said the issue is resolved but no help to me.

Following are 5 job sheet numbers which I recieved while issue reported. I am quite worried because I just have 2 months for the cell phone to be under warranty period. The cost for this cell was quite big for me.
