Dear Sir,
I gave the phone for service to the service centre on 10/03 . The technician at the Nokia Authorised Care Centre said the spares would arrive in a week and that the fault would be rectified asap and they would give me a call.
Till Date it has not been resolved and neither are they clear as to when they would be servicing my Mobile Phone. They Just keep on saying it is coming this week and we would give it next week.
The Problem is never ending.
