Delay in replacement

I had given my nokia 5700 phone for repair on 20th april.they told that i will get back the phone within 10 days.but even after 3 months, i have not got my phone back.they tell that this model is now not available. but it is available.instead of replacing my earlier phine with same handset, they now tell of giving me nokia n70m in its place.but i want the very same model only or get my money refunded.pls contact me as soon as possible on 07366244083.i live in india
