Dear sir / madam,

In a 19th july i was puchased a addidas shoes at Sam associates pvt.ltd. shop no.2, 16 UB, Bunglow road, jawahar nagar, new delhi 110007. My bill no. is SC9/3298. After few weeks that was creaked. I told the shop owner but he not givin right way. He said ' i am not liable for this isuee', talk addidas india shes co.

So can u tell me what i do?
