Dear Sir,

My NOKIA mobile phone no 9415081528 with IMEI No 351868019566756 is lost this evening 8.30pm on7/4/09.

KINDLY block the phone no and set as well on above IMEI No so that thief neither can misuse the no and set also becomes useless if another sim is replaced in it.
