I purchased this handset last year and with in a span of less than a year it has been to nokia care center for 7 times. and last time i submitted my handset on february 20th and still waiting for my handset to come. when ever i call up nokia customer care, they always say that your handset is under priority care. during this priority care my front panel has been broken.
your company is so careless and you provide so pathetic services and claim to be best in your field. you and your staff is a bunch of lazy and careless fellows. i am sick and tired of listening the same statement that my cell is under priority care. for two months i am going out of station and who will provide me with backup set?
