DEAR SIR,

AM OWNIG THE HANDSET NOKIA 6300 WITH ESN/IMEI NO.359835015085703.

THE WARANTY PERIOD OF WHICH EXTENDS TILL FEB 23 2OO9

since the last 4 months the set switches off automatically and also during an incoming call only the number pf the caller is displayed and not the name.for the above complaints i gave the handset for repair at [email protected]. 4times in the last 4 month. Each time it was retuned to me saying the problem was solved while it persisted. The last time the Proprietor (mr.sagar) told me that the handset had a manufactoring defect and i would be replaced with a new one in a weeks time.

THIS was on december 6th.since then each time i go he sends me back giving a excuse and asking me to return after a week.since then i have been there evry week till now.

The jobsheet number of the last service is 363434038/081126/10 dated november 26

hoping you will do something so that i get my handset repaired/replaced as i havnt been able to use it since last 4 month.waiting for your response
