Vibrating is not working

I resently Purhase a mobile from a shop Paragon Nokia 6300 eni 351973036421086

But its vibrating is not working

When I go to shopkeeper he refuse to replace it

date of purchase is 7/05 I want to replace these handset as I gift it to my sister and she is now angry with me
