I had bought Nokia 6300 in Feb. The shop is Nokia priority store in Borivili (West), Mumbai. The shop is opposite to Indraprastha Mall. There seemed like a battery problem since I started using it as it used to get heated very quickly also battery used to get drained immediately within 1 hours of usage. To check about this I went back to the same Nokia Priority store where I got highly pathetic response. The guys and especially the lady over there had been too arrogant and careless about even understanding what the issue was and simply were ignorant. The lady supposedly being boss of them had been mannerless to cater to the customer query. Their behaviour was unprofessional and such kind of staff was not expected at Nokia priority dealers. Is there any one who really filters at these levels as this particular dealer staff misbehave without having any single thought or concern about anyone could really question the quality of service they are giving. The guys are behaving as if they are selling vegetables over there and it is highly disappointing experience of having bought the mobile from this particular shop.
