I am fed up with the callous approach of Nokia care towards customers. They are not providing any solution to a problem in a brand new handset which restarts without warning anytime during the day also it happens during the midst of an important call. Please take cognizance of the fact that this hanset is not even three months old. it was purchased on the 1st feb. All that they do is keep the phone with themselves and return it after 5 days. Is this how Nokia treats its customers or it is supremely confident of its position in India. I want this handset replaced.
