Nokia 6600 slider
Mal functioning of handset

I purchase d a Nokia6600 Slider on 14th Auguest 2009 from Mobile store, Kottayam, Kerala by paying rs.12999.00.

Within this short period of 3 Months handset stop functioning, particularly receiving calls for 4 different times, due to which I suffer a lot. Two time I visited the service centre in Kottayam just to get funny answer that handset is OK, problem is either hanging or Battery loose and they advised me to press the battery whenever this reapeats. I did not see this kind of advise in user manuel and as a frequent traveller it is very difficult for me to continue with this kind of problem repeatedly happening. looking for a permanant solution.
