To whoever concerned
i took nokia 7210 supernova from a dealer in Citi Centre, goregaon (west) on 14th september. but after few days my phone got damaged. incoming calls were not been able to answer. so i showed it to the dealer from where i bought the cell. he told that their is IC problem and need to be changed. he took 450 rs from me for the service. but the problem wasn't solved. the dealer told that the IC needs to be changed and nokia company doesnt provide replacement for the IC. Same thing i was told at nokia care centre in goregaon (west) at bhagat singh nagar, they told that the phone is damaged completely and the IC needs to be changed. Nokia comapny doesnt provide guarantee on IC.
i m really frustrate on the phone. i guess the dealer is keeping duplicate nokia phone. the company should not allow such people to keep phones because they are fooling the consumer and the company name is spoiled.
i hope that you people will take quick action on such dealers so that no further cases of duplicate phones would come up.
