i have written to you yesterday about my set problem, but no reply from your side, this is not the way to deal with your customers.when i went to buy it i did not have money in my purse, but the staff in the showroom were so keen to sell the set that very moment that they came to my place to get the money, and now they say it is a minor problem .see we the service class, save money to buy these costly gadgets, and when the hard earned money goes waste like this, it is not tolerated. Your product is not working satisfactorily as compared to the price paid for, once it has gone for repairs in the very first month of purchase, now i cannnot hear its ringtone and even its alarm tone is not able to wake me up... it is too low.i need a prompt reply, i need to get it replaced for another model even if it is more costlier. I donot have faith left for this set
