Nokia bluetooth headset
Didnt got replacement

Hi.

I bought nokia bluetooth head set (Product code- BH-103 BT HEADS, Price-2182Rs. ) on 18-12 in mumbai andheri

i gave it for replacement to nokia care sakinaka andheri E, because of some problem on feb 27.

and i still have not got the replacement till date.

whenever i call to nokia care center, no officer is able to give me the reason why i am not getting my replacement of headset.

please help me with this. i am frustrated now.
