Dear sirs

I had purchased a mobile phone set Nokia 3110 six or seven month back. Before one month back some fault occurred in call receiving button. I met Authorised nokia care in coimbatore, at nanjappa road, the problem is rectified by them and I paid approximately Rs 300/-.

On 27.12.2008 some fault occurred in my phone while iam using the phone my voice is not heard by the opposite side. So i went to the same customer care office, they said that some spare get fault and this was replaced by them and I paid Rs 280/- bill no : 35308102093222 dt 27.12.2008. receipt no : 280. But on the same day the same problem occurred. I went to the same office on the next day and I complained orally, they said it will be repaired on 31.12.2008 but it is not done after several remainder on 5.1.2009 the authorized Nokia care representative called me and said that “ they cont rectify the problem and they cont find what fault occurred to my phone:” I don’t know where that phone can repaired. Please consider it and mail back the fate of that phone.
