My name is Nitesh. I had requested for replacement of my headset which was under warranty in the month of september. This was requested in NOKIA CARE KORAMANGLA BRANCH. So far I would have gone upto 15 times and every time only one answer "we have not recieved it yet". On that after so many arguments & using F's & B's they had given me a headset stating that this is the latest model. Later I came to know that its a lower end models headset. Unfortunatley I have lost my Job card now they are asking me for a to lodge an FIR, which I feel is a bullshit. I have vedios of the employ who bluffed to me, which Im going to upload very soon.
Nokia care sucks & looting & bluffing people. I would suggest please do not purchase any products from NOKIA.
