N73 phone is giving problem

Hello

I bought N73 set from Subhiksha Mobile Vikhroli (W), Mumbai.

Phone started giving hanging problem from very third day. I rushed to the shop, they were rude and asked me to go to service centre, by that time they managed to start the phone.

But again the problem persisted, even though i have not downloaded a single outside things on my phone as the reason given by shopkeepers.

During my visit to Bhopal i went to Nokia service centre, they formatted my cell. Now no hanging problem but new bug - 'No memory card is inserted'.I want value for my hard earned money..

Please help
