Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Nokia 3120C handset (ESN/IMEI No.353101028419199) on 24/11/08 from M/S Anandamela, G9 Gariahat Market, Kolkata 700019.From 4/12/08 the set started malfunctioning with no incoming audio. Next day (5/12/08) I took the set to the retailer from whom I had purchased the set, he then directed me to Nokia Care M/S Infotel Services at 26/2 Hindusthan Park, Gariahat, Kolkata 700029.As I was within the warranty period they took the handset from me for repair after issuing a challan. After repair the handset was returned to me on 10/12/08.On 19/12/08 again the same no incoming audio problem ocurred when I took the handset to Infotel Services who again assured me to repair the set totally this time. Since last few days the volume of incoming calls was gradually decreasing and today it was off like before.

Is this the fate of such high end sets like the one I purchased for Rs 7130.00? I should be replaced with a new set and not repair.
