Lcd cracked

I have purchased a Nokia Model no 5310 XpressMusic (IMEIno:356419020224756) on november from the Local nokia authorized shop after 3 months of usage a crack formed on its lcd display without any mechanical stress and it spreading gradually to whole area... i dont know what is happening nokia care people telling that i wont get any warranty for this kind of complaints what to do...
