A Nokia mobile model no. 6500C has been purchased from Nokia Counter in Kolkata.
Soon after purchase some charging problem arose for which the mobile was deposited to Nokia care, Durgapur within warranty period.
The mobile has been returned a few days after the warranty period but the problem continued.
It was again returned to Nokia Care, Durgapur. Since one and half month no response has been received.
Your attention is being drawn to the matter.
