I've purchased a Nokia 5220 Xpress Music Phone last year in September,

from last september to till now my phone gone 7 to 8 times to Nokia care bt the problem is still there,

my phone is not working properly

the emnployee of Nokia care are treting customes very badly

i want nokia people to change my phone
