I have given my nokia 5800 xpress music handset (purchased from nokia priority on 25th july) for repairing to nokia care on 10/08/09 and still it is under process (on 09/09/09), which is causing lots of unconvenience to me. They are saying it is under work in delhi office. I want to ask is that why nokia service is so much delayable, or you just mentally harass the customer to the last extent, either u lag behind in technical resources for repairing, or the handsets quality is very poor here in india. Kindly repair my handset (job sheet no: 285433527/090730/73) or give me the notification within 24 hrs.otherwise I'll have to look for consumer forum, in the case regarded above.
