Nokia N79 mobile fault & non transparent treatment at nokia care

I purchased Nokia (N-79) handset some two months back, since purchase i had to go for nokia care twice (At first to re-load he software, as it was hanging frequently and at that time it took 4 hrs to get it fixed and on second occasion its vibrator stopped working and i had to wait for 16 days to get it back after repair and in the mean time i had to be content with one old handset (Low end and not N-79) provided by nokia care as a standby.

On rectification of fault after 17 days (I deposited handset on 10th September and it got rectified on 27th September) when I asked for give me any thing (Claim/ ob sheet or any other written communiqué) so as that I will have document showing that the instrument was out of order and due for repair for 17 days in warranty period for future references; the owner of Nokia care (At Korba; C.G.) categorically turned down my request on plea that Nokia does not share these information with customers.

As one can see this is seer attack on customers legitimate right of information and complete negligence by the company and that to deliberately to keep its customers in dark and also it shows that Nokia is deliberately hiding the facts and not sharing them with customer so as to if any further fault arises in future (within warranty period) they can claim that this one is a first time complain and not a manufacturing defect which warrants replacement of handset and also puts question mark on their so called benchmarks time taken in attending the defects.

Data regarding my handset and complain are:

job sheet no 440504867/090910/39 ; Dated: 10.09.2009

esn/imei no 356387029475549

warranty ref no APAINY193438658

at Nokia care; Korba (C.G.) Contact no of Nokia care Korba: 07759-228296

Here it is to be noted that status of this job sheet was showing as attended on 10th September itself. (The day I deposited the set).

Now after receiving the handset from nokia care I found that its volume controller button is not functioning (Another fault).

This is to let me know the contact information of any right authority to talk in this regard in Nokia. Also as an customer what I can do now as owner of Nokia care has denied me of information sharing in writing and how can I force him to do so.
