Dear sir

I am a airtel costumer more than five years, using (919895326067) Mr. Mohammed k/with same single connection. So far I didn’t lodged any complaint. Yesterday on 23/10/09 my account deducted Rs 30.00 with out any service facility immediately I contacted 121 and informed your Ref: No 1023167797 please do recover my lost money back to my account .hope you find and do your kind attention on my request.

The very same mobile number lost Rs. 55.00 on last 20th Aug while I did recharge (easy charge) at 09.03P.M by your ref: Trans ID- 723974937, neither the easy account holder OR in my account didn’t credit the amount, please verify those and if you can credit that amount add on my talk time credit it will be great,
