Eplacement of new peace

I purchased Nokia-6300 on 14 feb. Then after several manufacturer problem occurred. Those problems are

1. It produces Heat from back side.

2. When mp3 is going/running on no lights off.

3. no battery back up

4. blue tooth conncectivity does not work

I already surrendered this to nokia care at vijaywada (AP) and job sheet number is 044343506/080223/40.

I am sorry to say that even nokia products are also doing like this.

I request you to replace with a new piece as early as possible.
