I had purchased a pair of Adidas sports shoes from S.C.O. 35, Sec 11, Panchkula vide bill no. 6424 dated 20/01 for Rs. 2800. It's style No. is 467271. Soon it started giving trouble with fitting. So I contacted the dealer during the month of March. The dealer stated that since there was rush due to closing, so I should come in the month of April. So on 31st May I deposited the shoes alongwith the copy of the bill with the dealer and it was handed over to Sh. Mukesh Kumar.
I was not issued any receipt and was asked to come after a week.
So I visited the showroom on 03/06, 15/06, 19/06, 27/06 and finally today on 1st July.
Even today on demanding, I havent been issued any receipt and have been told that due to the closing rush, they aren't entertaining my complaint. So, I humbly request you to kindly do the required.
