Dear sir,
I brought nokia N73M (music edition) on August 15th. within 3months i gave twice in nokia care for software update. Everything was fine for six months. Then owing to some technical problem i gave my mobile in nokia care, punjagutta, Hyderabad on 6-02. I was told that the problem couldn't be rectified and will get replacement within 2weeks. I HAVEN"T GOT IT TILL NOW.
It's been almost TWO AND HALF MONTHS i haven't got my replacement.
During this period it wes around 8 to 10 times i have been to the nokia care they keep postponing the date. I was given the HEAD OFFICE CARE NO.08030303838 THEY AREN"T RESPONDING PROPERLY.
Kindly look after the matter to the earliest possible.
