NON REFUND of the Booking Amount

Dear Concern,

This is to bring into your kind notice that I booked a TVS Apache RTRFI Bike with a booking amount of 10000/- on 24-Aug, but the dealer is unable to offer me with that bike from last two months. And on asking for the refund of Booking Amount the dealer refuses to do so. Kindly take necessary action against the dealer so I can get my deposited amount back. The receipt Number provided by them is 1190.
