SIM Problem

Dear Sir.

I am the User of IDEA. I have taken my SIM on 12th Apr.

I have Submitted all my document at that time.

Everything was going well except 14th may. From this day when i tried to call any where. then i listen a message that your documents are not submitted.

Even after I gone the IDEA Showroom on PALAM BRANCH . I have submitted again my docments.and service has ben activated..

But on the second day the same problem turned again. again i gone to the same Showroom and submitted my documents on 15th May. and service has ben activated.

But today again the blocked my phone outgoing and incoming calls..

when i tried to call the costomer care thay told e we have'n received your documents.

sir please do something about this..

I am really fedeup from their service.. if you have any query then you can mail me..
